Hm well looking at it it might be a little to dark for my tastes, I like the layout though and I found that you can specify scroller bars in CSS that make it look like an inline frame which is really really niceI am satisfied with the layout of everything, I just am not satisfied with the colors. I'll figure out new colors later, its just missing something. I included a "non-css" page just so the user can see the page without the style sheet attached.

Well the web isn't housed in one big place, its not a single entity.When you use a browser, and put a url into the address bar your computer connects to another computer, ie the server, and searches through the folder for an index.htm / html, which goes back to your browser and your browser translates the code into a viewable website.

Ok, so it might look like I am a pyro or something, which isn't totally untrue, but anyways...I like this new layout, its simple, easy to read and is fun, I think. I am pretty satisfied with it, a few things that I wanted to do I didn't because of problems with the coding. Mainly I wanted a rollover that was animated, but when I stuck the background: url('link') bottom right repeat-x; in the effect didn't work the way I had planned so I scrapped it. oh well.
PS I don't have to link to it since your visiting the page I did... lol.
