Sometimes you wear stretchy pants or critique websites further.

1. Easy to learn: The rollovers on the navigation never change so its really easy to learn how to navigate the site, there are no new menus to navigate either.
2. Consistent: When looking at every page, there are no large changes to the site, the banner changes to let you know that your on a different page, but page layout does not change.
3. Provides Feedback: Nav changes, IE Rollovers.
4. Context: The navigation has both words and icons that tell you what the links are. Also has a similar style sheet to the whole website.
5. Alt: Unfortunately there are no alternatives to browsing the site, there is a straightforward way, and no other way around it. And no site map or search.
6. Action and Time; Easy Nav equals ease of time, everything is in its right category and there are no stray elements
7. Clear elements: Links have a nice red rollover, and the headers are easily distinguished between paragraphs and areas.
8. Clear labels: No ambiguity there, all clear.
9. Shows off the persons style, the banners are a little to much, the don’t totally go with the sites appearance.
10. Supports user goals: Has a nice touch and style to it, easy to navigate and is memorable.
